These Terms of Service, in addition to the Privacy Policy, Help, Supplementary Terms sections including the sub-sections of these sections, which are incorporated herein by reference (hereinafter referred as "Terms") are the entire agreement between Play StartWin, a company incorporated under the law of India, hereinafter referred to as "StartWin" AND yourself hereinafter referred as ("you" or "user"). Your use of the products and/or services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") currently offered or to be offered in future by Play StartWin Private Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, associates and partners (herein referred as "StartWin") is subject to and governed by these Terms. These Terms apply to all customers, visitors, users, and others who view and/or access the Services.

You understand that the Terms will be binding on you. You agree that Services offered can be accessed only in accordance with the Terms and you shall be responsible to comply with the Terms at all times. You are responsible to be aware of and agree to abide by the Terms as published and periodically amended or modified by StartWin. If any of the Terms are determined to be unlawful, invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason by any judicial or quasi - judicial body in India or other legally competent jurisdiction, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms. The Service is intended for use by those 18 years or older for amusement purposes only. You declare that you are 18 years old or older. Use of the Service by underage persons shall result in termination of the Account, forfeiture of virtual items/ goods/chips and such other action as may be appropriate in law or in terms hereof.
